My site can be best viewed by Windows 9x/ME/2000/XP or Mac OS 9 with Microsoft Internet Explorer 4+ or Netscape Navigator 4.x +. However, you might not be able to read this bottom section on any page. I don't know why that happens. So I recommend you to use IE. However, it's your choice of what browser you choose.
